IP CCTV
Here at DCS we are proud of our 5 year history with IP CCTV, now referred to as Network Video. IP cameras and recording solutions have come a long way since then from offering basic VGA resolutions to now more common Mega-pixel resolutions to which analogue video simply cannot come close to.
Image clarity has always prevailed in the CCTV selection process and our prime focus here at DCS is to ensure that our cameras offer the best clarity for an effective system. All our cameras are carefully selected and manufactured to our high set of standards, maintaining competitive pricing without compromising quality. As a result of these standards, every camera in our range now offers a minimum of 1.3 Mega-pixel resolution with H.264 streaming which is the latest, most bandwidth efficient encoding method.
There are numerous advantages of Network Video over Analogue CCTV but the ice breaker now is Picture Clarity. Not so long ago the core negative factors of Network Video were pricing and bandwidth usage, now this is no longer an issue as the increase in production has contributed to a reduction in pricing which now is almost at par with analogue solutions and with the introduction of the H.264 standard, bandwidth is no longer an issue.
